What you can expect:
24 hours of CM consultation - This 3 day workshop is designed so that the company is prepared to work through the change with their team and resources. The company will bring the long term project resources responsible for communication, training, leadership coaching and implementation. This engagement would be conducted on-site. In some cases, based on team comfort and project complexity, the discussion could occur virtually.
One 8-hour training/group coaching class for up to 15 participants. You will be provided very specific tactics for dealing with change related losses, navigating and help people build confidence; teaches the core principles for leaders managing change.
Four 1-hour Executive Change Leadership coaching sessions. Active and visible sponsorship is the number one make or break factor for changes.
These sessions are designed to help decision makers and leaders effectively sponsor changes and support teams and they implement the projects. The goal is to make something better happen, but over and over again changes fail. Be the leader you need to be to help your team win!
